COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	NOTE 9 — COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Related Party Contractor Service Fees and Expenses The Company entered into a one-year independent contractor agreement, effective January 1, 2022, with Mr. Martin Houston, who serves as Vice Chairman and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this agreement, the Company pays Mr. Houston a monthly fee of $50.0 thousand plus approved expenses. For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022, the Company paid Mr. Houston $150.0 thousand and $475.0 thousand, respectively, for contractor service fees and expenses. As of September 30, 2022, there were no balances due to Mr. Houston.
