In connection with the closing of the Exchange (Note 3), on August 1, 2016, the Company's oil and gas activities in the United States were disposed, and the related capitalized costs were classified as assets held for sale as of June 30, 2016, and therefore have been excluded from the above amounts. Similarly, in connection with the closing of the transactions contemplated by the Weald Agreements (Note 4) on August 11, 2016, the Company's oil and gas activities in the UK related to the subject assets of the Weald Agreements were disposed of, and the related capitalized costs were classified as assets held for sale as of June 30, 2016, and therefore have been excluded from the above amounts.
