Item 8.01

Other Events.

On June 22, 2020, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Tellurian Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Chairman of the Board Charif Souki to the position of Executive Chairman. As Executive Chairman, Mr. Souki will work closely with the Company’s management on matters including the development and financing of the Company’s Driftwood Project.
